Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and no payment details are needed to start.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in. People who only open shared links do not need a seat.
Do you charge per pod or per query?
No. Pro is priced per user and Team is one price for up to 5 users; queries are unlimited within fair use of your Fusion pod.
How do we buy after the trial?
Email engage@quericalstudio.com and we will set up your plan and send an invoice.
What happens after the trial if we do not buy?
Your workspace stays, with your queries and settings, on a basic plan until you choose a plan.
Can partners use it for several customers?
Yes. Each customer can be a separate workspace, and consultants can switch between workspaces with one sign-in.
