This policy explains what personal data Querical Studio processes and why.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, organization, role, sign-in and security settings.
- Usage data: queries you run (SQL text, timing, row counts), audit events, IP address and browser type, used for security, the audit trail and support.
- Fusion connection data: pod URL, report path and integration credentials, encrypted at rest.
- Query results: streamed to your browser and not stored, unless you save a snapshot, notebook result, scheduled report or extract.
How we use it
To provide, secure and improve the Service, to communicate with you about your account, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use Customer Data to train AI models. The optional AI assistant sends the SQL and question you submit to the AI provider configured by your organization only when you use it.
Sub-processors
Hosting on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure; email delivery; Google Analytics for this website (only with your consent); and, if enabled by your organization, an AI model provider and your single sign-on provider.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Audit and query history follow your organization's retention settings. Data is deleted within 30 days after an organization closes its account, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict processing, subject to applicable law. If your organization manages your account, contact its administrator first. Contact: engage@quericalstudio.com.
Cookies
The app uses one essential session cookie to keep you signed in and a CSRF protection token. This website uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used; analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept in the cookie banner, and no advertising cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings.
